"Nice & clean room! Wonderful staff! People were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and appreciated the hotel’s staff and service. We liked the onsen very much. Thanks for everything! There were also a very nice and green walking path and garden nearby the hotel. The subway was close to the hotel too. Very good restaurants nearby. There was also a Vietnamese restaurant nearby with many good choices of foods."

Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay. We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality."

"Stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita to decompress before a long-haul flight back to The West. It is an older hotel but is well-maintained. After staying in Tokyo, which felt cramped, it was a welcome relief to actually get our individual spaces and more, for about half the price, and it included free buffet breakfast! For the purpose of this particular trip, I highly recommend this hotel."
