「Staff was very responsive (they only communicated via text; you check yourself in) but they text you back right away if you need something. They even contacted me that I left something behind when I left which is not something that most hotels would do. I was wary of staying in an old building because I’ve done so before and they were so filthy but this one was very, very clean. The decor and common areas were so cute.
