「The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.」

「This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door.
