「Room had broken mirror and no tv remote. We didn’t spend much time in room but did report it. Otherwise, room was nice, venue was beautiful, wedding was fun. Additional help needed in restaurant. Our server did provide good service to almost the entire restaurant. I believe the manager was bringing out food and the bartender was handling the bar. 」

「Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...
