「We had a great 3 night stay at Hotel Embarcadero. The room was not large but had a great view and was set up very well. The location is brilliant, giving easy walking access to the promenade and the town. It’s also not to far to the gondola bridge which is a must to travel over. All in all this is a great hotel. 」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
