「Excellent small hotel with about 30 rooms. Excellent service, breakfast included, and hospitality with option to make changes on-site despite prepaid online reservations by major agencies. Just be aware that its location, on a busy pedestrian road in Gothic district, can make some rooms noisy at night. I enjoyed the hotel immensely despite some of the nigh noise.」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. 」

The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. 「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」
