"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than the other similar hotels. The cleaning service was excellent! I received clean towels and pajamas daily. Amazing! The laundry facility was great for me as I stayed more than 20 days. The location was perfect as it is located less than 5 mins walk from Ofuna Station. I highly recommend this hotel! 👍"

"Large room are as advertised The loftrooms were big enough, but had low head hight and are only really suitable for older children as they are high and open. There is no lift so could be awkward to get to 2nd floor rooms with large suitcases. Staff were helpful and coffe was lovely. Would stay there again."
