"I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and of course they never called me. The offered me a complimentary breakfast for all my trouble, imagine that! For the traumatic experience of not being able to use my own toilet for over 12 hours. That weekend the hotel was so rowdy perhaps because of spring break but the ladies guest toilet on the ground floor was stinking. This was inexcusable for a hotel of that standard. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed "

"We booked a King Size Suite with Sofa bed. We got a king size bed in a small room with only one night stand. There was no consideration to the comfort. In addition to missing a night stand, there was a pedastal sink with absoultely no room for toiletries in the bathroom. It's a large bathroom with plenty of room for a table for guests to use. Also, the hair dryer was filthy! I understand this is an old hotel, but not receiving the room we booked and paid for was totally disappointing! I would not recommend this hotel."
