"The 2 twin bed room was clean but was very small with no floor or room space to place 2 medium size suitcases that two travelers had to live out of for 2 nights. There was no dresser or enough room in the closet niche to hang clothes; only enough space to hang our jackets. There were also no towel racks for our bath towels, and it was very inconvenient because we had a no-cleaning room. This room was too small for two people."

"Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Hotel looks nice, luxury, location is very convenient, next to the TCAT ( 3 mins walking) that has limousine bus to airport and the main train station, also the subway is next to the hotel, taxi are in front of hotel if you need it; the family mark is crossed the street. Room is clean and had all things you needed, a little small with 3 luggages, breakfast was good, not a lot of choices. We liked the hotel, quiet location next to the crowded Tokyo"
