「Parking lot also good, and staffs are very kind.」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「The hotel was very nice and clean! The breakfast was fantastic! The stuff was very friendly and always helpful. Hope we will come again soon! The only thing we did not like was the shower - all the time the water was coming out as the shower is not isolated. Would be nice if this would be fixed in the future.」

「We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!」

「Ottima per comodità a Parma」
