「Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.」

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.」

Man hatte alles was man benötigt (Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Seife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Föhn) und die Vorräte wurden bei Bedarf neu aufgefüllt (ohne Anfrage). 「We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking.
