「No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. 」

Man hatte alles was man benötigt (Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Seife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Föhn) und die Vorräte wurden bei Bedarf neu aufgefüllt (ohne Anfrage). Das Frühstück war super und wurde jeden morgen aufs Zimmer geliefert (Saft, Obst, belegte Brötchen oder Croissants und Gebäck). 「Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.」
