「Oksana and Mike were wonderful host with communication and information. There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so...

「Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... 」

「The light above the sink did not work. Maintenance was not in until the next day and they finally fixed it. The lighting in the room was horrible as well. We did not receive new washcloths or hand towels. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for them after the 2nd day. We did not see housekeeping during our stay. The elevator went down once during our stay so everyone had to take the stairs. Place could be cleaner! Doesn't look like they take pride in keeping it clean. I would not...
