「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「Our stay at Riad Azrur was amazing. After problems with the first Riad we initially booked, and them letting us know on arrival that they could only accommodate us for 2 of our booked 7 nights, we had to be relocated (after many issues with Expedia not wanting to do so until just a few hours before checkout). We were moved to Riad Azrur and on arrival we were greeted on the street by Ibrahim, he was lovely and very helpful, he was always happy to assist and offering to support us with any and...

「Oasis in the medina. Beautiful serene Riad away from the wonderful madness of the medina. Really spacious room with super comfortable bed.」

「The staff was extremely helpful with everything and the Riad was great!」

「This boutique hotel is in a superb location within walking distance of most tourist attractions and is on a quiet, pedestrian street with no passing traffic. Our double room was small with no real closet space, but the bathroom was functional and modern. We stayed for three nights and lived out of our carry-on suitcases, which wasn't the end of the world. Breakfast (included with our booking) was a modest assortment but the serving ladies helpfully made toast, and eggs any style, on request. The...

「The hotel is located close to Marrakesh train station which is very convenient. Excellent service from beginning to the end. Full breakfast provided with a lot of vegetables and fruits. Waiting for a room we used rooftop restaurant and swimming pool service. During the breakfast customer service representative asked if we need anything. Great hospitality and service, clean spacious rooms with quiet AC. Strongly recommended」

「Very yummy breakfast and attentive staffs.」

「Very clean and helpful staff」

「We had a great stay. The staff were so friendly. They did room service everyday. They offered mint tea when we arrived and upon request. Breakfast was served fresh every morning. They knew our preferences. There is a tortoise also roaming the Riad wreaking havoc. Make sure you know about the tourist tax per night before you go. Minor water issues can impact the old Medina on occasion.」

「The best riad I have ever stayed at!!! Highly recommend!!」

「It was definitely a wonderful experience. -Staffs are definitely my highlight for this stay. They are genuine, attentive and really friendly. They made us feel welcomed. -Breakfast was nice and I also recommend eating in for the dinner. -The property is well maintained, our room was cleaned everyday. My only regret is not using the rooftop more often because it is a good place to relax. I'd definitely recommend Riad Eloise. 10/10」

「Sauberes Zimmer und nettes Personal.」
