"Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise ..."
