A localização é boa, o quarto com vista para o maravilhoso Mediterrâneo, na segurança de condomínio residencial, foi muito bom. Faltou + opção de frutas frescas no café da manhã. Lugar maravilhoso ?

Yo había hecho una reserva y al llegar mi esposo y yo nos pidieron certificado de matrimonio, mi esposo de marruecos y yo cubana. Fuimos de vacaciones con la familia. Obvio no teníamos el acta de matrimonio. Nos dijeron que no podíamos quedarnos en la reservación que solo había una solución y era reservar una habitación extra, que eran órdenes del gerente del hotel y si nos preguntaban nos habíamos conocido en el hotel, era cerca de la media noche estábamos agotados y no tuvimos opción, reservamos dos habitaciones. La ropa de cama con olor a húmedo uno de los baños inundados de agua, con mucho moho y manchas de óxido todo viejo y en muy malas condiciones. Habíamos pagado desayuno para una de las habitaciones y no pudimos nunca tener el desayuno en la terraza de la habitación, no hubo limpieza en los cuartos y solo dejaron dos toallas. Cabe destacar que la reserva la hice en expedia donde no advierten que debes demostrar tu estado civil y las fotos del hotel son buenas pero la realidad es otra.

Accueil non professionnel. On me demande de payer l hôtel a l entrée alors que j ai déjà prépayé par carte, ...Après toute une galère ou j ai appelé hotels.com (appel international) pour reclamer, et longues discussions a 8h du matin le lendemain on m a remboursé le deuxième payement. J ai demandé un grand lit double on m a donné deux lits simple juxtaposés pour former un grand lit... c est vrai que les draps et couvertures sont propres mais le sol est plein de taches et de traces de moisissures et d'humidité, pas joli a voir et ceci n est pas visibles dans les photos. Pas de buffet au petit dej comme indiqué lors de la réservation, donc pas trop de choix...

Il manque un manager pour cet hôtel.
C'est vraiment dommage pour ce bel hôtel avec sa situation et son architecture et sa situation devant la mer, de ne pouvoir être géré naturellement et sufisamment
Pourtant le personnel y donnent du sien mais aucune cohésion le plus souvent et ça donne pas de savon dans les salles de bains du restaurant , plus de matieres premieres en cuisine, des chambres qui se degradent, les telecommandes a changer, les tables du restaurant a nettoyer entre chaque client , du personnel pas formé sur leur machine, les oublis de commande etc...
Ca reste une tres belle destination mais sans âme.
