Overall rating: â â âââ (2/5)
We had a smooth check-in, the gentleman who assisted us was kind and professional. The bar has a nice, nostalgic vibe, and the property itself is beautiful.
Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite outdated, bland, and felt empty. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The waiter serving us was outstanding: professional, polite, and very accommodating.
Everything went well until checkout. The front desk receptionist in the morning was extremely rude and dismissive. When I approached her to ask about the restaurant, she didnât even bother to stand up or greet my wife and I, properly. Later, when I asked about extending our stay and mentioned we werenât satisfied with our room, she acknowledged it was outdated and said, âWhat do you expect?â
I asked if we could move to a poolside room since the hotel was nearly empty. We barely saw any other guests. Instead of checking with a manager, she flatly said yes, but only at the premium rate. When I politely asked if they could make an exception given the situation, she looked my wife up and down and said ânoâ, rudely.
Up until that point, we actually enjoyed our stay despite the dated room, but her attitude completely ruined the experience. To make matters worse, when I came to check out, she was flirting with her manager in the back office and ignored me until I tapped my key on the desk to get her attention. Overall, a disappointing end to what could have been a pleasant stay.

Liked: Amenities
Overall around the hotel was nice and it was by the beach which is what we were looking for. We didnât like the bedroom because the beds were uncomfortable & too small for us. There is no proper ventilation, too humid and just feels crammed in the bedroom. Itâs an outdated hotel that should work on improving their rooms. Also we shared with staff that the glass sliding door was broken to which they replied they will send someone to fix it but no one ever showed up. Felt very unsafe knowing that one of the exits stays open 24/7
Amazing place and very nice staff especially Mohamed at the reception he was very helpful and all the staff were doing their best to make us feel very comfortable

The restaurant staff, led by Redouan, was the highlight of our trip. KHALID
This property is excellent. We visited in early June, before the busy season began, looking for sun, sand and sea. The property is large, well maintained and blends into the natural environment brilliantly. The grounds are immaculate and the private access to the fabulous beach is very convenient. The breakfast is good, the lunch and dinner of a great standard. With this hotel, I think you definitely get more than what you pay for. A big thank you to Redouan who was amazing, so friendly and helpful. He did his very best to make sure we were taken care of.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
We found it very intimidating that the housekeeping staff entered our rooms without knocking and just let themselves in before we had even stepped inside. We have never experienced anything like that before. It felt quite intrusive.
There were missing towels for two people, even though two of us had booked rooms. We had to ask for towels several times. They were very strict about towels, and you're not allowed to have extra towels at the pool like the ones you have in the bathroom. Itâs not very flexible.
