These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "The location and closeness to the beach is excellent although the property needs some improvement. The sliding doors from the room to the terrace on the ground floor are not secure properly. There is only one shower by the pool. I felt more is needed specially by the beach area to get rid of the sand before entering the pool area. The breakfast is quite basic with little choice for healthy food. The restaurant opening times are limited closing between 3:30pm and 8pm peak time for lunch hunger."
