Unfortunately, the check in wasnt great. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, which in itself is fine, but it would have been useful if the receptionist could have told us how long we would need to wait. Apart from that we thought this was a very good hotel."

"WOW, this is a great hotel, new, nice rooms, excellent location and phenomenal staff. This will be our go to when we visit Da Nang. Vivian at the front desk was always helpful and friendly, Son on the concierge desk is a wealth of knowledge for any recommendations you may need. This has been our favorite stay out of three weeks in Vietnam. Keep up the great work!"

"We had such a lovely stay at Da Nang Mikazuki Resort and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families travelling with kids. Even before we arrived, Ms. Vy from concierge was already assisting us with everything, she went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond, so warm and thoughtful, and constantly made sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. We stayed in the Executive Suite - it was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is. They had baby items ready in our room, including a baby bath, kids toilet seat, and other essentials, which made settling in so easy. The water park was a huge highlight for our family. Our daughters absolutely loved it and could’ve spent the entire trip there. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, so much variety, with plenty of authentic Vietnamese dishes. The selection changed daily, and everything we tried was delicious. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and has a very welcoming feel. If you’re heading to Da Nang with young kids, this is definitely a place to consider. We’d happily stay here again."
