Booked a room and let them know I had a GHAD assistance dog. Still charged the $20 cleaning fee despite that not being generally allowed to a service animal. Room was small, smelt of dog piss, and sorry. Floors were sticky and bathroom was old and mouldy. No one was at reception at all in the 24hours we were there, so keys were collected from a safe and dropped into box for arrival and departure. Which isn’t terrible. Except when you need them for issues. The tv didn’t work, air system wouldn’t change from 18° cooling. For one single night it will do. But I wouldn’t recommended staying any longer. It definitely wasn’t worth the cost of the stars it apparently has.

Good location for an overnight stay for parkrun at Tamworth. Staff was helpful with unlocking night box and letting us take breakfast supplies to room for our breakfast after our 5km run before checkout

Ripped lamp shade, no hot water at night, dirty remote, toilet filled with water when flushed, quite loud (guests and road) very tired and outdated. I’ve also been itching like crazy (hopefully not bed bugs).

Area was questionable but all Others staying in motel were friendly and attending the music festival and easy to visit with. Came back around 1000pm To a random man with bags and a scooter in the pool area camping out. Locks were not adequate on door and large area around door you can see daylight. Breakfast was included, good and clean dining area.
