Very clean. Nice staff! Very helpful. Super close to airport, but don’t forget to get directions on free shuttle before landing. Otherwise if you don’t have WiFi will need a taxi $25
The hotel was very equipped, clean and tidy. The room amenties included everything: from pajamas, bottled water and a toothbrush! The breakfast was beautiful and the view was amazing but there was no option for vegetarian or any western breakfast. There was nothing in English. Luckily, the kind staff was willing to assist. However, the room was smaller than we could imagine (we wer'e 3 adults, and it was very crowded)! The thing that drove us mad was the lack of English. Not even a basic English. We arrived at the NIX airport just in time before the last shuttle bus. We made sure a week earlier where would it be waiting. After waiting half an hour and after sending the hotel a message, we called them but the representative didn't understand no nothing. It was very cold and after 45 minute we had to call a texi (There was no other way). It was very expensive and we were disapointed.
