"This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go ..."

"This hotel was convenient to the convention center and near several restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was free and usually pretty good. The hotel is clean and quiet. Would stay here again next time I’m in town."
