「This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.」

「Great access to the beach via a board walk through the Mangroves. Surrounded by birds and so many cool animals, this is truly a gem of a stay. The room was great, and had comfortable beds, large bathroom, and AC. Highly recommend. The only struggle I had was getting assistance from the staff for arranging tours and activities even though their website mentions they can help. Highly recommend the Oropopo Experience guided Avellanas Wildlife Walk.」

「I LOVED staying here and if I come back to Costa Rica, this would be where I would want to stay.
Johnny at the front desk was absolutely magic. Any problem that we had, he had a solution for. We needed some sea sick medication but our tour got back late and everything was closed. 「Our room was sold as having a balcony and a view however all the trees had grown in and we had no view so we didn't use it. The meals, staff and beach front area were all excellent. We felt very safe and would recommend the location.」
