「Me & my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The only downfall is having to pay for the umbrellas on the beach, having that included with the resort fee, would’ve been a plus. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made our stay feel like home.」

「The resort itself was gorgeous. We upgraded to an ocean front view, but the room fell short with certain things not being up to par.. Wall outlets wouldn’t hold the plugs in the blackout shades were off track. The shower kept getting clogged. In the bathroom, certain lights were burnt out. We brought it to their attention and say comped half of our upgrade and try to make things right. The boardwalk in this area is not bad. The pools were great. The restaurants were perfect also.」

「We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.」

「Not enough pillows, sheets or towels for 5 people. Hideaway bed gave my daughter a rash not sure it if was the dirty blanket, sheets or bed itself. Daughter has rash on her leg from that night.」

「We were put on the 7th floor where the pool is and the gym. And it smelled and they put us right by the elevator. Never again. The room was decently clean. If i wasn’t so rushed switching hotels for my nieces wedding i would have checked right out. Never again」
