「We arrived late around 7.45pm due to traffic jam but there was no one to let us in, the kind chap from the restaurant downstairs contacted the owner and let us in. The water heater was not working, we showered with cold water🙄 We couldn't boil water to make a coffee because the power points at the sink counter were not working😔 The only thing good was the location. 「Not great. We stayed via perfect hosts, who weren’t exactly perfect. The hotel is tired, with plaster falling off of the walls. When we got to the room the floor was grimy, with marks and dirt. The toilet seat was broken and when I reported this, within 5 minutes of entering the room, no one replied to my messages. Then at 3 am we heard Easter, turned in the lights and the aircon had decided to dump litres of water out over our the desk with our belongings, phones and the T.V. After having to...

「Staff were very difficult to find at any given time. Showed up at 830pm to check in after a long day of travel with two small kids and there was no one at the front desk. Multiple posters said to call the same number. We tried about 20 times and waited 45 min without any luck. Left to find a different hotel and only then did we receive a message from them on whatsapp just saying "hi". Staff member who checked us in was bothered that we were mad and told us to speak to his boss so simply said...

「had excessive lint, making them unpleasant to use, especially on the face. A small cockroach appeared, and the shower line looked moldy. While the blanket was fine, there was no clean sheet provided. Plus, having to take the stairs with no elevator was inconvenient. The only positive was the quiet environment, but overall, it wasn’t a happy stay. 」

「1.recherche de l'hotel avec le nom" collection O" Au lieu de Ideals Hotel 2.La photo de l'hotel présentée n'est pas représentative de l'état actuelle du bâtiment . 3.la chambre , l'état, la propreté des lieux et des fournitures étaient très négligé et désuète. Le coffre fort n'avait pas de serrure ni code.(inutilisable) Deception totale envers l'hotel et vous Expedia pour la nom validation de cette hotel.」
