4.1/5 Very Good! (523 reviews)
Nice hotel, but mediocre breakfast to be improved.
"Very nice hotel. Big minus point: Breakfast did not meet our expectations. The fish was not tasty AT ALL. omelette was eatable. Not as healthy and varied as we would have expected judging from the hotel grade and price range. Good points: rather child friendly. Very close to the pool with Russian ..."
"I liked where it was located. However, it's confusing to find. When you get to the building it's located in, you need to find your way to the fifth floor via the escalator and then they have elevators that take you to your hotel room. Don't try to use an elevator first or you will be led to office spaces. But the rooms themselves are quaint and nice."

"Situated right by the Yokohama harbor with beautiful scenery from the room, the hotel is first class in service and most other aspects. You have a large shopping, dining complex right next to the hotel, the Queens Square. The subway and JR railway station both in walking distance. Upon check out, the bell boy remembered my wife wanting to purchase pastry the day before but was sold out, and he brought some for us to eat on our way to the airport! Really excellent customer care. Must stay, not the cheapest but worth every yen."
