"We booked a transfer which although confirmed did not arrive, we took a private taxi and when we got to the hotel they said that they hasn’t received our booking - we were put in a private apartment a 20 minute walk from the hotel. This was not ideal as we had our booking confirmed on hotels.com. ..."

"Avoid hotel, definitely not a 5* and the staff bar one or two are absolutely useless and will tell you they will help resolve any problems but actually not do anything. This goes even as far as the management, who are just as useless Avoid, avoid avoid!!!!"
