"Very convenient location if you’re into visiting other cities nearby like Osaka and Nara. The hotel is very clean and looks quite new with big rooms. Love the free afternoon snack and evening drinks."
"love the clean rooms, the suto flush toilets in the room. the shower gel and shampoo smells AMAZING. the around the clock service of free drinks, icecream in the evenings and yakult in the mornings are something me and my family look forward too. these little treats really do matters! onsen was a good experience for a first timer, lots of tourists there, but you can always try to go onsen at off peak hours. laundry room was a plenty so we had no issues washing and drying. bathtub in our room was awesome as well. late night ramen was a comforting welcome. I miss onyado already. Staffs were professional and helpful!"

"Beautiful property, nice staff who are very helpful and kind.
The garden is lovely and the food is great.
The room was generally clean, well supplied. common areas (eg. near the fridge) can be maintained better. Also the storage space in the room (wardrobe) needed upkeep as we found hair and some unclean linen."
