Here's a rewritten version: The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely. The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!

Clean room - and very convenient location (connected to the Kansai Airport). It was nice to stay one night there after arriving on an evening flight. This way we didn't need to try to catch the train with our luggage into Osaka City.
