Great place to stay in Taitung!
The manager of TiinTinn contacted us a few days before our trip to make sure we receive all the information about their hotel and provided help with taxi booking in advance since we were coming to Taitung for a triathlon weekend. The hotel looks exactly as the photos provided and we had a great time there from the moment we checked-in. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are all very neat and comfortable. We were a group of 4 guests in one room and the space of the room was big enough to accommodate all of us. The manager also let us use the showers after check-out time which was very thoughtful since we really needed a shower after our triathlon race. The hotel also provides free bicycles for those who are willing to explore the city on two wheels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Taitung!

一般般
隔音比較差。雖然很熱心的簡訊詢問早餐要幾點用餐，但真的約定用餐時間，第一天飲料已經放到溫涼了，第二天比約定時間等了15分鐘才拿到早餐。旺季價格漲幅太大，但服務品質沒有跟上，覺得蠻失望的，照片拍的比實際房間好太多了…….。

和期待有落差
1. 四人房的窗戶全部面對隔壁住戶的牆面與窗戶,房間因此顯得較為陰暗並有壓迫感. 2.房間內整潔度不錯,但一樓接待處顯得雜亂.提供小孩玩的小車隨意堆放在接待處角落,廚房門也未關,許多小細節都沒注意,讓我覺得網路上的照片和實景落差頗大.

1.首先先謝謝您們來入住，每個設計都是老闆精心設計的，我們無法滿足每位旅客的喜愛。 也跟您說聲抱歉，若您喜歡面向河堤的房間，我們目前只有中式雙人房及標準雙人房有面向河堤，喜歡的話下次可以預訂此兩種房型唷!!! 在介紹上面也沒有介紹每間都面向河堤，您告知若我們不安排面向河堤，就給我們低分，那也沒關係的~ 2.一樓廚房我們本來就不會關門，因為廚房也算是公共空間之一，因為我們有提供奶瓶消毒鍋，所以客人是可以進出的唷^^ 真的非常感謝您的指教與撥空評論。

很好的住宿體驗
環境好、房間乾淨舒適，很喜歡房間的裝潢，備品也都齊全。 早餐好吃，還有桌遊可帶到房間玩 只是浴室熱水出來得較慢，隔音差了點但不影響住宿體驗。 下次會再考慮入住～

有桌遊，有電梯，有腳踏車。 兩人房空間狹小，兩張單人床幾乎是碰在一塊。幸好有陽台，稍稍緩解壓迫感。

三天兩夜四人房
民宿整體裝潢設計感佳，尤其有電梯更是值得讚許。 缺點： 1.位置不好，在橋下，google 位置不夠準確，打電話問小幫手，得到的答案是「你可以google隔壁民宿的地址」、「你不要過橋」但重點小幫手也沒搞清楚我們在橋的哪一邊啊⋯⋯ 2.房務整潔有瑕疵，第一天入住，抽屜還有小垃圾，第二天續住，把我們的紙拖鞋收走卻沒有補新的，把乾淨的浴巾放在行李架上。（有照片） 3、早餐單調，連續兩天，早餐除了香腸變成火腿外，其餘一樣，沒有變化。

非常有趣
房間簡約大方，挑高設計讓人沒有壓力 在疲憊又燥熱的一天，進去裡面非常放鬆，因到達民宿時間已超過有服務人員服務時間（晚上七點），於是加入他們的賴，會玩一個闖關遊戲，超好玩的，店家也有提供腳踏車可使用，離市區也不遠，大家可以去台東住一晚唷！
