The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. It also has other amenities for children. It is great for a family vacation. Its location is a bit off town centre, but there are other transportation at the train station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Family w/younger kids oriented hotel
This property is geared towards families with kids w/facilities such outdoor pool, kids play room, story telling room. Though they had DIY craft sessions you could sign up for, it was cancelled during the pandemic. It's on the outskirts of town, but if the guest is driving, it's only 10-15min away from downtown Taitung. Breakfast spread could be improved (saw fruit flies in the salad bar) and wished the bed mattress was of higher quality.

Good but with some improvements could be great
Modern hotel with a nice family room. The facilities are good and there is a lot to do at the hotel for kids. Location is slightly away from downtown (about 10 - 15 minutes drive). The main two areas of improvement for the hotel are: 1- if the staff could talk English (friendly staff but very difficult to communicate with them if you don’t speak Chinese) it would facilitate a more pleasant stay 2- the family room design is super nice but too many sharp edges around the bed and the room for kids to bump into.

大人小孩都滿意的住宿
連沒有小孩的朋友都推薦的住宿，自己實際入住後真的沒有失望，整體環境跟價位CP值很高，雖然泳池不大，但氛圍讓大人跟小孩都覺得開心跟放鬆。從訂房時房型的問題等服務都很好

房間舒適，但毛巾浴巾有一點泛黃，洗髮精也不好使用。早餐不錯，但是咖啡真的很難喝。

整體來說還不錯，但有部分員工不是很熱情，親子房隔音不佳，可以聽到隔壁、走廊，還有房間內廁所的流水聲，如果對噪音敏感族群可能無法接受。

good hotel for families with small kids. When we were there the pool was closed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was very mediocre.
