This is a challenging property to revue, especially for someone from the West. It is probably not to everyone taste. However if you are fairly broad minded and like the slightly unusual then this is the place for you. It is a great location, within walking distance for an MRT station, shopping centre and many varied restaurants. I think originally it was designed as a Book by the hour’ venue, and possibly some people still do, however the same can be said for every hotel room throughout the world. While they do have conventional rooms, the suites are large and lavish to say the least, and boy do you get a lot for your money, some have full size hot tubs, plunge pools, Karaoke rooms and at least one boasts a full size snooker table!! So is it seedy - no not at all, it is spotlessly clean and generally well maintained and if you check the reviews quite a few guests take their children. The suites do not have many windows and you access them by an individual roller shutter garage door revealing your own garage with parking for one car! So if you want to arrive incognito - you can. At this point do not turn around and leave - see the rest! Reception is basically where you would expect a security kiosk on the drive in entrance. All the staff are very helpful and happy to assist in any way they can. They do serve breakfast although it is aimed at the Asian guests with not so many Western options. So if you like something a little out of the ordinary - give it a go

1.門卡感應不能使用沒有事先告知，等到要出門時才發現門根本鎖不起來，打給櫃檯才知道要用鑰匙鎖，如果沒有確認的習慣就會完全不曉得沒鎖。 2.房間的插座第一天電都斷斷續續第二天變成完全沒有電，但後來幫我們換了房間 3.換一間房間後沙發上都是頭髮 4.床頭牆壁裝飾都翹起來了

這次跟小孩去台中看瘦子的演唱會，因為連續入住，請求給水跟浴巾，但是晚上聽完演唱會，發現沒補水也沒給浴巾，表示上一班的人完全忘了交代，再打一次電話，結果清潔人員指送來兩份，忘了我們是4人房～真的覺得服務有點.....

優點： 1）地點好，近捷運站，到各景點方便。附近有全聯、好市多、廸卡儂、秀泰生活，還有許多餐廳，購物、用餐都十分便利。 2）早餐豐盛變化多，廚師和服務小姐很親切。而餐廳就在住房樓層，走幾步就到了。 缺點： 1）浴室沒有洗手乳和擦手毛巾，很糟糕。 2）我們住數天，居然沒有主動更換毛巾、倒垃圾、補充必要備料，如瓶裝水。 3）隔音設備欠佳。有時聽到隔壁音樂聲，捷運經過有噪音，甚至會振動。

以往飯店在入住前都會來電確認但歐遊沒有本來有點擔心不知道訂房是否會出問題，入住登記時服務人員很有禮貌值得讚許，住宿房間整潔灰塵很多，毛地毯也不乾淨不敢赤腳踩，廁所衛生紙提供的不符使用，早餐吃得飽也不難吃算是中規中矩挺不錯，但整體下來不會再來第二次。
