「1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional.」

The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「Very relaxed and calm hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is excellent. Room is very clean and modern. The hotel is well placed being only a short walk from the sea and local night life/restaurants but not too close for it to be noisy.」
