Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Dort war es angenehm ruhig. Unser Zimmer war von der Größe her völlig in Ordnung, das Bett war richtig groß und die Matratze sehr bequem. Auf der Seite des Haupteingangs jedoch ist man Mitten im Geschehen. Dort verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße und überall sind Bars und Restaurants. Um zum Aqualuna Beach Club zu gelangen, muss man die Straße überqueren. Dort gibts einen tollen Pool mit Liegebereich auf zwei Etagen, ein Restaurant und auch Außenbewirtung. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Zum Baden konnten wir sie nicht nutzen, weil wir im Dezember dort waren. Aber am Pool einen Kaffee trinken, hat auch etwas. Vom Hotel und vom Aqualuna hat man einen schönen Blick hinüber nach Valletta und nach Manoel Island. Kleines Manko: das Frühstück. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre nicht schlecht. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel empfehlen.

Esperienza molto deludente. Oltre all'impossibilità di regolare la temperatura (fissa a 27°) e al serio problema di sicurezza delle finestre comunicanti, abbiamo interagito con una addetta alla reception poco professionale e per nulla empatica di fronte alle nostre segnalazioni. Great location close to bars and restaurants along Sliema Waterfront. Fantastic views across the water to Valletta which is easy to get to with Sliema ferries or local buses. Free use of he Aqualuna pool and sunbed complex opposite hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only booked bed and breakfast so cant comment on food but plenty of great places to eat locally. Have stayed 3 times this year. Very reasonable price on Expedia .

I stayed here for 4 nights and from day one the AC wasn’t working after complaining a few times I was told it’s because it’s winter but it gets so hot inside the room. I had to sleep with the balcony open which was so noisy because the hotel is on the road, one sleepless night. They did provide me with a fan which was helpful. I hope hotels start mentioning that the AC will be off during winters. Specially if it’s countries which are still hot during the winters. The shower was so small that you could hardly move. The bedding was stained a bit which I didn’t make a fuss about. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. I could hear everyone talking in their rooms. The only thing I would say was good was the convenient location, a minute away from buses both ways. Shops around and loads of restaurants around.

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town.

This hotel is ideally located on the promenade in sliema. Rooms are adequate and comfortable. Front desk staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast seems to be a bit of a dog and pony show. We ate at the upstairs restaurant our first morning and it was excellent!! Later that day we noticed that the restaurant downstairs (Grana) also had breakfast. So we asked if there was a difference between the two and were told no. We were then asked if we wanted to reserve our breakfast table for the next morning. We said sure, is it ok if we eat upstairs? Answer was sure no problem. Fast forward to the next morning, we go to breakfast at seasons upstairs and are told we're not on the list but no problem come on in. While we're getting our food a staff member then approaches my wife and basically berated her that we weren't supposed to be there and that for today it's okay but not for tomorrow. Firstly, customer service 101...DO NOT EVER BERATE A CUSTOMER... ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOOD LINE IN FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS. This behaviour should not be tolerated by management. If it wasn't for this experience, the hotel would have gotten a mich higher review. Will never return

Dachterrasse war während des gesamten Aufenthalts gesperrt. Zimmer mit Blick in Luftschacht. Kein Tageslicht. Unbedingt Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf Bucht buchen. Zimmer war sauber und hat den Erwartungen entsprochen.
