The room was great, love the resort and the location, but wanted to use the hot tub. There were no towels and the hot tub was locked. Cakled front desk for help, took more than 45 minutes someone to bring towels and another person to come and unlock the hot tub and pool. Ended not using it at ...

I got nothing bad to say about the place. Hell it was cleaner than my house and the staff Well, I only met a few of them. And there were more than willing to help me dig out my vehicle. After 2 feet of snow, so that's a major plus right there.
