「Location is good, near Red Street. Facilities and room interiors are old. Need renovation. "Do not disturb" and "Clean room" switches are not working. Cleaniless is not satisfactory. Some small cockroaches inside room.」

The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!」
