"They don't allow people to eat at the lobby. All the staff seem very nice and professional. The Hotel is clean and quiet in the bedroom. I ask the hotel staff to sign a paper which I need to get a cash refund from JAL airline which canceled my flight. JAL would compensate for the hotel stay. The first staff refused, he said he would not do that. I asked another staff in the morning, and she was very nice and she signed the paperwork. This hotel offers buses run directly to Narita and Haneda airports, which is very convenient. This hotel offers great buffet and the location of this hotel is the center of Ikebukuro."
