The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property is so special, I’ve never stayed anywhere with architecture like this before. The spa was beautiful, a waterfall right by the hot tub and cold plunge is a beautiful touch. I will definitely be back.

We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious.
