The room stank of stale smoke, the large shelf over the sink in the bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time…the place had minimum effort in maintenance and cleaning…whatever I paid, was to much…and he had a cheek to ask for a $50 refundable deposit for the key and tv remote!!!

Old part of motel directly opposite better part, and up steep flight of stairs . Next room had visitors all night talking loud and slamming doors. Advise enquire about room before booking.

The location of the motel was very close to the mall and the very good restaurants and coffee shops. On the down side, the interior was dated and a bit grubby, a couple of the lights didn't work, and the mixer tap in the basin was stuck on hot water.

We had cockroach in the shower, just painted out room but forgot to tell us paint on floor and bed cover, mirror very dirty, TV locked out and channels only some and only one light works over bed and mattress was older than me

When I booked a room online and I paid the rent for one night my name my phone number my email address details provided then what is the reason the staff want my bank card number and details that’s why I’m not feeling safe to stay in windsor motel and I didn’t checked in why the staff insisted on phone to provide them my bank card details

very dissatisfied with the room as it was dirty, the tray with the one cup hadn't been cleaned, hand basin was a disgrace it had been cracked and sealed up with a type of glue, the Motel did have a good name once and its disappointing to see how its deteriorated, would not recommend.

The front wouldn't open without a forced push. Bathroom was filthy, mould and white soap scum build up around shower. The bathroom door didn’t close, the door was not aligned to the door frame. Walls must be very thin between rooms as i could hear conversations next door. Wifi was rubbish. Would NOT recommend or the $100 charge for the night. Man at reception was rude, didn't give a crap about my feedback.
