We stayed in the eco section, as such it was clean and comfortable and is convenient to eating places. It appears to be in need of an update and looks a little tired, the extras like tea and coffee were meagre and there were no biscuits BUT it is eco and reasonably priced. I have stayed several times and would again.

The location of the motel was very close to the mall and the very good restaurants and coffee shops. On the down side, the interior was dated and a bit grubby, a couple of the lights didn't work, and the mixer tap in the basin was stuck on hot water.

The room tariffs reflect the state of the property and it's need of attention not unlike all property in Windsor sadly. The foreign (owners) and staff very pleasant and seem very humble I would say in their expectations themselves. I would not recommend any OS traveller as they may be let down. Maintenance is poor, hair dryer didn’t work and furnishings old. We upgraded when we saw reviews on the budget rooms thank goodness. Linen clean was at least a plus.

The chap at reception was surly. The bed was worn out and had the wood frame and old foam rubber showing through the fabric on the base. They must be worried about losing teaspoons because there was only two wooden sticks for cutlery. Yea tray was dirty. Needs some friendly staff and a refit.

You get what you pay for

We have stayed in numerous motels over the years. The condition of this room was the worst we have experienced. The carpet tiles were filthy, the bathroom door would not close, the two fans in the bathroom don’t work, the shower curtain was filthy, the electric jug would not turn off. The air conditioner was too noisy to have on and you couldn’t reach the adjustments. Even the paint work is horrible. A 10 year old could do a better job. The only reason we stay there is because of the location. A brief walk to 10??? Cafes/Restaurants, the Sunday morning markets and we love the colonial atmosphere of Windsor

It doesn’t have all the necessary or available things they said it should have at the motel. My daughter and I have bed bug bites all over our body. We only spend two nights. Some left over food scraps up in cupboards. The mini bar fridge in the room freezers everything.

The room was clean and tidy. Went to take a shower at 5pm and there was no hot water. The room beside was noisy, vulgar languauge, and general larakins until around 3am. There was no reception, you have to cross the road and collect key from another motels reception.
