I paid for a queen suite & got a studio I was told we are sold out so you get what you get Room had an odor to it aswell Was offered a plug in that seemed diluted

These apartments are very close to Emu Plains railway station which is a good location but unfortunately you can hear the trains which can be a downer if you are trying to sleep

We were aiming for an hotel room with kitchen, then we found Valuesuite, we were also attracted by it's cleanness, based on the description and reviews. However it disappointed us after checked in. If you also need to cook, just remember to contact the hotel in advance to reconfirm, as we found no stovetops in the room (while it was on the description and pictures), we just thought it wasn't the room type we reserved, then after that we were told that our room type actually has no stovetop. (of course you could pay extra and get a room with stovetop, they also have rooms with balcony) The hotel is totally fine for a short stay, room rate is reasonable, although the room was not as clean, it was neat and housekeeping staffs were helpful, coin laundry is available on ground floor just next to the entrance (washing/ drying for 4 AUD), free parking also available and only like 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarkets

Didn't realise new apartments were being built at the time and not alot of dining options in immediate area. However, good value for money, good bed and relatively quiet given my room was next to the train tracks.

a bit disappointed that car parking spaces are limited and reduced due to construction on stage very cautious about parking in a car space where construction is happening that tools or anything else could be dropped on cars. it feels like parking at your own risk. also in the unit itself a suggestion to have a small light some place while watching tv you have to put all the lights on and can get quite bright.

Modern & clean facilities, contained waht we needed (including microwave & tea coffee making). Surprisingly quiet given the location of the railway line, there's obviously good insulation as we were not disturbed by any train noise. Polite & helpful staff (including cleaner). Located an easy walk to the Yandhai Nepean crossing walk bridge.

Good location
The check in is quick and easy, the staff are always lovely. The mattresses could do with an upgrade as they seem to be feeling a bit flat and sad. There was a HUGE dead cockroach inside one of the towels hanging up in the bathroom - I emailed after checking out and let staff know and they apologised (we checked out early). It is in a handy spot for the train station if needing to get into the city and the pub down the road is great and has a playground for the kids.

We were going to a 60th in lower Blue Mountains. This was a great option. 10 mins to Blaxland going up Old Bathurst Rd. I was worried that it was too near the train tracks but then remembered that the trains don’t run at night. A peaceful nights sleep. A new building. Super clean. Friendly staff.
