Read all the reviews before you book as previous problems are still happening. The manager seems nice and helpful upon arrival, but that's where it ends. Don't be deceived by their sense of naivety, because the same problems we had, have been happening for quite a while.
Please note that their policy seems to be to clean your room every 3rd day, not daily housekeeping as stated...

Kettle with Coffee/Tea was supplied in our room, however the coffee sachets were outdated by almost 12 months and the coffee tasted sour and undrinkable. However, on our last couple of nights they did provide us with a fresh jar of coffee, which was nice...
We never received any details about WIFI, so we can't verify if there was any free WIFI...
The room was a good size, new looking carpet, bare grey walls, 1 small table for the kettle, no fridge, no bedside tables, no wardrobe and only 1 double Powerpoint in the far corner. Overall the room lacked vibrance.
Large windows let in a lot of heat and didn't lock. There was no a/c in the room, just a ceiling fan and even in March their were a couple of nights where it was quite warm in the room to sleep comfortably.
Trains were fairly noisy, although it didn't bother us too much. The shower rose and cold tap were broken in the mens only shower, the bath looked dirty and their was only 1 toilet between 17 rooms, making it uncomfortable at times.
