Inadequate breakfast. Every morning something was missing. Had to wait for the coffee for the muffins,.. Very slow service in the morning. Closed corridors to the rooms, so no fresh air in the rooms... At least very good restaurant for dinner at night. Nosh and Nector. Would go there just for the restaurant...

Had to pay almost $50 more to check in early and they only had a few rooms booked. Missed breakfast as I didn't realize it closed at 9:30 .The bed slipped away as you sat on it. the floor under the bed was plywood.unfinished.

Stayed here for two nights after our ferry had been delayed. Our room was basic, nothing flash, bed too soft for us, room painted a dark colour which made the room look even darker & the furniture was dark also. Plenty of parking at the front and out the back. Obtaining hot water for a cup of tea was very painful, I waited for over 15 minutes before it was giving to me. While I was waiting for the hot water, I was asked to give this hotel a five star review, I would have if I thought it deserved five stars.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, bath towels were miniscule and threadbare, only one hand towel, shampoo was impossible to get out of container, TV was inoperable, bathroom exhaust fan made lots of noise but very little exhaust. Breakfast was available but rather meagre - very little juice, limited bread for toast, toaster was extremely slow, very little milk for coffee or cereal.

The room was dirty. Floors were not swept, light sockets were nasty, shower curtain was dirty, no fan in bathroom, hole in the wall, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we had. Had to call and get more clean towels, no maid service for a full week. Only good thing about the room was the clean bedding. The restaurant was very good.

First room they put me in the TV was broken and the lights didn’t work. Second room had a chemotherapy cap left in the bed, I guess from the previous stay. My company books these trips so I’ll likely request not to stay here again.

Booked 2 nights. Had family emergency the second night so we checked out at 9am and asked for our money back the second night as we were not staying. The manager would not respond to emails and still got charged for the second night even though we were not there. Very run down and not updates. Will not stay again.

The hotel property is quite old, and the rooms were not maintained properly. The air conditioning was not working well, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food service staff was rude and irresponsible, and basic things were not provided properly. Overall, we were not happy with the service. The only positives were the good location and decent parking facilities.

The property was in need of repairs everywhere. poorly maintained floors were dirty and uneven. stairwell Carpets were filthy. No elevator. the connecting door to the next room in my suite had zip ties for locks. My room smelt like damp mold. Baseboards were filthy bathroom needed redoing. Grout was black. Boxspring if there was noisy. Bed linen was fine. The towels in the bathroom were very thin need to be replaced.

I enjoyed the uniqueness of the property. It was old, but the room was clean and spacious. The internet was a little slow, but the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not grand--but certainly sufficient. It may not be as posh as some other places, but fair enough--it's less expensive.

Worst place i ever stayed. The building is dirty and outdated. Hallways look like they haven't been vaccumed in weeks. Floors in room were dirty. Bed sheets were clean but the comforter clearly was not and only 3 low quality pillows on the bed. Toliet bowl had toliet paper in it on arrival. Fridge and microwave were dirty inside. The flooring was missing from under the bed. Anyone saying this place is clean doesnt know what clean is.. Do not recommend
