We booked Silver Dart Lodge two months in advance through Expedia. When we arrived, there was a power outage — understandable — but staff said they were “working on solutions” for dining and to check back. We were placed in basement-level rooms that were clean but dated, with tiny windows blocked by plants and a parking lot view. Once power returned, we waited, then were told the dining room wouldn’t reopen after all, and no food was available until morning. When I inquired again, staff were rude and unhelpful. No alternatives were offered. Disappointing service, poor communication, and a lack of basic hospitality. Would not return.
