The place was great - obviously brand new and well appointed. The grounds are still growing in, but the living spaces were perfect. It's a 2 minute drive to Cabot Cliffs and another 3 to the Links.

Loved the Villa overall, especially the shower and beds, but the unit was advertised for 6 people and there was no way you could sleep even one night on the pull out couch. An air mattress on the floor would have been more comfortable.

Everything was perfect with this property, we used it for the starting point of a trip around the Cabot Trail and couldn’t have been happier. The rental is new and very clean. The whole place is very well appointed, when cooking we found it better equipped than our own kitchen at home! Contactless check in/out makes things quick and easy.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. The condo seemed brand new. Very clean and well appointed. The only downside of our particular unit is we didn’t have a deck or view of the water but we also didn’t have neighbours and enjoyed the privacy.

The accommodations were beautiful and only a couple of minutes from town, and the view from the large balcony was perfect to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you needed. It was a seamless process to check in as all of the information to access the Villa was sent by e-mail.

The proximity to the beaches is great. It is also very close to Cabot Links golf course. It is wheel chair accessible. It has all of the kitchen/BBQ items you could want. Very clean and modern. The owner was easy to access. It would be great for larger groups. We highly recommend this place.

"THE LOFT"

Lovely condition, like new, very clean and somewhat isolated. We stayed in the Loft (2 br apartment) with everything you would need. All S.Steel appliances and very comfortable beds. Only thing I would change is the size of the shower, it's a little small and I'am not a big person (5'-7") 155lbs. Grounds are in need of some work and clearing of trees, however this is a new property and it will take time. If you have kids you would have to provide their entertainment . All in all it is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet, very close to Cabot Golf Resort

Has the feeling of being new and well kept. Property is out of town on a hill side and provides a view over land to the coast. We watched a beautiful sunset. Comfortable beds and a large bathroom with an amazing shower (exhaust fan is noisy). Appears well equipped in kitchen. Manager very responsive by text.
