Great place in downtown Sydney. The staff are really friendly and made both my check in and out easy. Breakfast was really good, and the service there was also excellent.

One of the worst hotel ever booked in my life. Washroom exhaust was not working, broken locks of washroom and charging too much money but not provided necessarily things like water

I found the staff inexperienced and I had to repeatedly ask for things to be done. Calls to the front desk for things had to be re-done after waiting an hour with no action/response. When asked why this was the case on two occasions - "other things got in the way ... (and they forgot) "

The heat in the hotel wasn’t working and it was very inconvenient for us. We were given room heaters and things went downhill from there. You don’t expect to be handed room heater's in a hotel that’s charging top dollar for accommodation and also parking. It’s surprising that they are able to do this to customers in Canada where it’s usually cold even in the summer. However the staff were very warm and friendly and did their best to accommodate us. I give 10/10 to all the staff working there and everyone was very warm and welcoming.
