「The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property.」

「The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve...

「We were four adults sharing one room, and unfortunately, the space didn't match what was shown on the website. The room felt cramped, with the beds taking up nearly all available floor space. The beds themselves were decent, but the overall comfort was compromised by the tight layout. The shower pressure was weaker than expected, which made for less-than-ideal rinses. During our stay, we experienced a heat wave, and the window ventilation was insufficient—there was only one small opening,...

「We had an enjoyable stay at Church Farm. It was a pleasant and clean property.The room was very good.The only disappointing aspect was the information on line said that Church Farm was set in 2.5 acres of garden and this was as not the case.」

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

「Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.」
