"Computers were down upon arrival. Given a room that was already occupied. Then given a different room and it had a horrible Odor to it. Toliet was recently used. Night staff was rude and not helpful. Next morning someone tried to enter room."

"The Hampton Inn brand used to mean something, and it may still at other locations. Just not in Media, PA. The list of things that were not in the room, is too lengthy. But all the normal things, I.e. microwave, paper, pencil/pen, trash in the bathroom, phone book… don’t exist anymore apparently. The king size bed was intolerably firm, to the extent I woke up every 2 hours with back cramps. Night light to find the bath in the middle of the night, nope! "The staff was welcoming from the time my sister and I checked in. Our flight arrived early, and check in isn’t till 4 pm. We got to the hotel before 3 pm that afternoon, but the gentleman at the front desk still checked us in. I forgot his name.
