「Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. 「Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had.」

「It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. 「We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!」

「Well situated near the main areas. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. However, it is a bit outdated. Everything worked fine but it’s definitely a classic old school motel vibe so just expect it! Overall would stay again, the staff was helpful and the place was cozy.」

「Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

「Staff were friendly, helpful and super accommodating! Room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night stay- mini kitchen with small sink, microwave and small fridge, glassware, plates, utensils, paper towels, sponge, soap etc! Great location on the beach. Nice pool, fitness room. Super convenient location and yet not on the main route! A new mattress should be considered as everything else was wonderful! Will be back again!」
