「We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! 」

「The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service.」

「We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. 「Room was nice we had an ocean view room but it wasn't as close as I had hoped but it was still facing the ocean. We didn't use the pool or the beach it was to cold and windy. The restaurants didn't really Ave full menus but we found something to eat. You can use the next door resort which is owned by the same owner.」

「The property manager Bill is great! He checked us in and ensured our stay was good through the end of our stay. He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. The property is charming and has a long history which gives it character. We loved the outdoor fire pit at night because it organically creates warm atmosphere and a lovely place to socialize with other guests and hotel visitors. The...
