「We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!...

The restaurants didn't really Ave full menus but we found something to eat. You can use the next door resort which is owned by the same owner.」

「The Riviera Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod was excellent. The room was large with stylish and contemporary furnishings and very comfortable beds. The amenities were top notch, being directly on the beach was wonderful. Also, very close to excellent restaurants, including Skippers, was great. 「Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...

「We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! 」
